资源型地区产业结构演进特征及影响因素分析——以榆林市为例

Analysis on Regional Industrial Structure Evolutional Character and Influence Factor——A Case Study of Yulin City

在对传统偏离份额法进行修正的基础上,定量分析2000—2014年榆林市产业结构演进的特征.结果表明,榆林市产业结构发展有待进一步优化,三次产业产值比例从2000年的13.344.442.3变为2014的4.868.326.9,仍以第二产业占主,但第二产业多样化指数从2000年的5.09下降到2013的4.44;产业结构相似度指数总体在0.91以上;榆林市产业结构与就业结构不协调,分别呈现"二三一"和"一三二"的特征;以能源化工为主的第二产业竞争优势和结构优势明显,成为榆林市产业结构演进的主要推动力.榆林市产业结构演进的主要驱动力是资源禀赋优势、市场需求结构、国家政策和固定资产投资.针对性地提出实现产业结构多元化、均衡化发展的对策.

The article quantitatively analyzes the characteristic of industrial structure evolution in Yulin City from 2000 to 2014on the basis of modifying traditional analysis of shift-share.The result shows that,the industrial structure and development are to be further optimized,and the production value ratio of three industries turns from 13.3︰44.4︰42.3in 2000 into 4.8︰68.3︰26.9in 2014,the secondary industry is still dominant,the diversification index of which,however,drops to 4.44 in 2013from 5.09in2000;the similarity index of industrial structure is over 0.91 as a whole;the industrial structure is uncoordinated with employment structure,showing the features of＂two three one＂and＂one three two＂;the secondary industry,which takes energy and chemical industry as the main industry,has obvious competitive advantage and structure advantage,and becomes main driving force of industrial structure evolution in Yulin City.The main driving forces of industrial structure evolution in Yulin are resources superiorities,market demand structure,national policy and fixed assets invested.The article raises the countermeasures such as diversification of industrial structure and balanced development,etc.
