摘要
目的运用系统评价Meta分析方法探讨临床护理路径对乳腺癌患者健康教育效果的影响。方法采用主题词结合自由词电子检索国内外数据库并收集相关文献,根据纳入标准筛选文献并提取数据,采用Rev Man 5.2软件进行Meta分析。组间差异采用标准均数差(SMD)或相对危险度(RR)及其95%可信区间(95%CI)进行描述。结果本研究共纳入19项临床对照研究,包括1811例接受手术的乳腺癌患者,其中临床路径组918例,对照组893例。经Meta分析显示,临床路径组患者平均住院费用、住院时间、患者满意度、康复达标、肢体功能恢复、遵医行为均明显优于对照组(传统模式),负性情绪的发生、并发症发生均明显少于对照组(传统模式)。结论临床护理路径减少了患者的住院时间、住院费用、并发症、负性情绪的发生,提高了患者满意度和遵医行为,有效促进了患者达到康复目标及恢复其肢体功能的能力。
Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway on the health education of breast cancer patients by meta-analysis. Methods Key words and free words were used to search domestic and foreign databases and relevant literatures were collected. The litera- tures were selected according to inclusion criteria. Data were extracted and analyzed using RevMan 5.2 software. The differences between groups were dest：ribed bv standard Inean difference or relative risk. Results A total of 19 studies were inehnded,ineluding 181 l breast canc- er patieints undergoing surgery, of which 918 were in the clinical pathway group and 983 in the control group. The results showed that the average hospitalization cost, hospitalization time, patient satisfaction, limb function recovery, compliance behavior were significantly better than the control group. The occurrence of negative emotions, the incidence of complications less than the control group. Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway can eftbctively promote the rehabilitation of breast cancer patients.
