以家庭为中心的康复护理管理对脑瘫患儿生活质量的影响研究

目的探讨以家庭为中心的康复护理管理对脑瘫患儿生活质量的影响。方法选取本院2014年3月~2016年2月住院的112例脑瘫患儿作为研究对象,根据干预方法不同分为对照组和观察组各56例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上进行个性化康复护理,随访3个月,采用Zarit照顾者负担量表(Zarit Burden Interview,ZBI)对患儿照顾者的负担量进行评估;采用生活质量核心量表(QOL-30)对患儿生活质量进行评估,并对患儿的满意度进行评价。观察两组患儿的ZBI评分、生活质量评分及满意度。结果两组患儿护理后ZBI评分明显低于护理前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后观察组的ZBI评分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的生活质量评分明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的满意度为98.2%明显高于对照组的80.4%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑瘫患儿实施以家庭为中心的康复护理管理可以有效地改善患儿的负担量,提高患儿的生活质量,满意度较高。

Objective To study the rehabilitation of family-centered nursing management ;in the quality of life for children with cerebral palsy. Methods Select our hospital in March 2014 to February 2016 study of 112 children with cerebral palsy patients who were hospital~ ized, according to different intervention methods all the 56 cases were divided into control group and test group and control group using con- ventional care, patients in the control group on the basis of individualized rehabilitation nursing, followed up for 3 months, the Zarit caregiver Burden scale （the Zarit Burden Interview~, ZBI） to evaluate children caregivers burden; Adopts core scale of quality of life （QOL-30） to e- valuate the quality of life in children with, and to evaluate the patient~ satisfaction. Observe the two groups of children with ZBI score, quali- ty of life score and satisfaction. Results Two groups of children with nursing ZBI score significantly lower than the nursing before and after difference statistically significant （P 〈 0.05） ; Nursing ZBI score significantly lower than the control group, experimental group after statistically significant difference （ P 〈0.05 ） ; The quality of hfe score in treatment group was better than control group, difference has statistical sig- nificance （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; Satisfaction （98.2%） of experimental group was obviously higher than that of control group （80.4%） , statistically sig- nificant difference （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Taking family as the center for children with cerebral palsy rehabilitation nursing management can effectively improve the patientg negative FuDanLiang, improve the patient＇s quality of life, satisfaction is higher.
