中医护理对阴虚阳亢证的高血压患者的作用

The effect of traditional Chinese nursing on hypertension patients with Yinxu-Yangkang

目的观察分析中医护理对阴虚阳亢证的高血压患者的影响。方法选择2013年1月~2014年12月本院收治的阴虚阳亢证的420例高血压患者。随机分为对照组和干预组。对210例阴虚阳亢证的高血压患者,给予基础护理、饮食用药护理、按摩康复护理和心理护理干预,作为干预组;另210例阴虚阳亢证的高血压患者为对照组给予基础护理,采用问卷统计得分评价护理疗效。结果中医护理组210例,治愈143例,显效28例,有效27例,无效12例,总有效率94.3%;对照组210例总有效率为62.9%。结论针对阴虚阳亢证的高血压患者,采用各种辩证护理方式,可以取得较好疗效。

Objective To observe and analyze the effect of traditional Chinese nursing on hypertension patients with Yinxu-Yangkang. Methods 210 hypertension patients with Yinxu-Yangkang as intervention group were given basic nursing, dietary and pharmaceutical recov- ery, therapeutic massage as well as mental nursing intervention. The effect was evaluated by using questionnaire statistical scoring way. The matched group （control） was contained 210 hypertension patients with Yinxu-Yangkang also given usual nursing. Results Of 210 cases in traditional nursing intervention group, 143 cases were cured, 28 cases were markedly improved, 27 cases showed efficacious, and 12 cases showed ineffective. The total effieciency was 94.3%, and that of control, however, was 62.9%. Conclusion Hypertension patients with Yinxu- Yangkang can achieve better efficacy by dialectic nursing way.
