摘要
目的探讨3M液体敷料治疗PICC致轻中度接触性皮炎的效果。方法选择本院2014年1月~2016年4月40例PICC轻中度接触性皮炎的患者,随机分为观察组20例和对照组20例。观察组使用3M液体敷料涂抹贴膜处皮肤后再用3M透明敷贴固定PICC导管;对照组使用派瑞松软膏外涂皮炎处再用无菌纱块固定PICC导管。比较两组患者换药次数、治愈时间、疗效、导管移位数、患者依从性。结果观察组换药次数、平均治愈时间、导管移位数均少于对照组(P<0.05),疗效及患者依从性均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 3M液体敷料可有效治疗PICC致轻中度接触性皮炎,具有很强的实用性及可操作性,可在临床推广。
Objective To explore the effects of 3M Liquid Dressing for the treatment of PICC-induced mild to moderate contact dermatitis. Methods 40 patients with PICC-induced mild to moderate contact dermatitis were randomized into the observation group and control group each consisting of 20 patients. In the observation group, 3M Liquid Dressing was applied to the skin with film before using the 3M Transpar- ent Dressing to fix the PICC catheter; In the control group, Pevisone Ointment was applied topically to the affected area before using sterile gauze to fix the PICC catheter. The two groups were compared for frequency of dressing change, healing time, efficacy, catheter displace- ment, and patient compliance. Results The frequency of dressing change, healing time, and catheter displacement were less in the observa- tion group than in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ） , and the efficacy and patient compliance were better in the observation group than in the con- trol group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions 3M Liquid Dressing could treat PICC-induced mild to moderate contact dermatitis effectively, with very good applicability and operability, supporting its clinical promotion.
