摘要
在新的国际文化环境中,"软权力"与"文化软实力"分别代表了中美两个国家不同的文化战略。中国要树立文化自信,解决"挨骂"问题,提高国际话语权,必须高度重视文化软实力提升问题。提升我国的文化软实力,从战略上讲,要积极凸显价值主导战略,大力推进文化体制改革战略,精心打造文化品牌,重视增强"合力"战略;从具体策略上讲,要进一步提高对文化软实力重要性的认识,倾力打造"文化软实力学",努力提高我国的国际话语权等。
In the new international cultural environment,'soft power'and'cultural soft power'represent different cultural strategies between China and the United States.China must attach great importance to the promotion of cultural soft power so as to establish a culture of self-confidence,solve the problem of'being scolded'and improve the international discourse power.Strategically,in order to promote the cultural soft power of our country,we should actively highlight the value-driven strategy,vigorously promote the strategy of cultural system reform,and elaborately build cultural brand strategy,attach importance to strengthening the'composition of force';from the view of specific tactics,we should raise the awareness of further promoting the importance of cultural soft power,put more effort into building'the science of cultural soft power,'and strive to improve China’s international discourse power.
