山东电网无功规划配置及电压稳定的研究

摘要 此文首先介绍了山东电网无功配置规划建设情况及存在的主要问题,然后以静态电压稳定局部指标以及静态电压稳定功率裕度指标为依据,给出山东主干网500 kV变电站各母线电压稳定裕度指标及稳定程度排序。选择其中静态电压稳定程度较薄弱节点,利用BPA仿真工具,仿真薄弱节点附近典型故障发生后,各薄弱节点电压的暂态响应,以此评价电网的电压安全程度,对于保障山东电网安全稳定运行具有重要意义。 This paper introduces the reactive configuration planning and construction situation of Shandong electric power grid and main existing problems first, and then it gives out the stability margin index of all busbar voltage of 500kV substation of the backbone network of Shandong and the order of stability degree,with the local index of static voltage stability and power margin index of static voltage stability as the basis.The weak links of stability degree of static voltage adopts BPA simulation tool, and after the typical failure (three-phase short circuit failure of the line) near the weak link of simulation happens ,the voltage of all weak links makes a transient response, and the voltage safety degree of power grid is evaluated based on that, which is of great significance for the guarantee of the safe and reliable operation of Shandong electric power grid.
