针对目前信通支撑手段在实用化过程中不能满足一线操作人员实际需求的现状,对信通调度一体化运行平台进行了详细的业务需求分析,并从业务架构、应用架构、技术架构、数据架构及实施方案进行全面的设计研究。安徽电力公司通过信通一体化调度运行支撑平台建设,将原有分散独立的信通系统进行有效整合,实现信通的集中监测、集中展现、集中预警、集中管理,为公司信通工作决策提供重要依据,为广大一线运维操作人员提供更加实用高效的一体化运维管理平台。

At present, information communication supporting methods cannot meet the practical need of front-line operators in practical application process.In this paper,detailed business requirement analysis of information communication scheduling integrated operation platform is carried out.In addition, comprehensive design research is implemented in terms of service architecture, application architecture, technology architecture, data architecture and implementation scheme.Anhui Electric Power Company implements effective integration of original decentralized and independent system through information communication scheduling integrated operation and support platform construction.As a result, centralized monitoring, centralized display, centralized early warning and centralized management of information communication are realized.Furthermore ,it provides important basis to information communication decision of the company and provides more practical and efficient integrated operation and maintenance management platform to front-line operators.
