空冷供热机组直接利用原有高背压技术研究

摘要 随着国家对节能减排和资源高效利用的愈加重视,热电联产、集中供热及热能梯级利用等技术得到了大力推广。此文针对空冷火力发电机组的乏汽余热利用,探讨了一种提高汽轮机组末级排汽压力,直接利用乏汽加热热网循环水的技术,并通过一实际应用案例,证明了该技术改造简单,能够切实可行地回收机组的冷源损失,提高电厂经济效益,实现能源的高效利用。 As the state pays more and more attention to energy saving and emission reduction and high-efficiency utilization of resources, technologies such as cogeneration, centralized heating and gradient utilization of heat have been promoted energetically.As for the dead steam and waste heat utilization of air cooling thermal generator set, this paper discusses a technology which can improve the last-stage exhaust pressure of steam turbine set and directly uses the dead steam to heat the circulating water of heat supply network and give a case actually applying that technology, showing that the technology is advantaged by simple transformation structure and it can practically recover the cold source loss of the set,improve the economic benefit of power plant and realize the high-efficiency utilization of valuable energy.
