基于就业导向的机电专业高职思政课教学

Ideological and Political Course Teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges for the Mechanical and Electrical Majors Based on Employment Orientation

当前高等教育逐步向大众化教育的方向发展,毕业生就业难已经成为社会性问题,以就业为导向和以能力为本位已经成为高职教育发展与改革的主旋律。思政课作为高职机电专业的一门重要课程,在其实际教学过程中,需要结合高职教育的特点,积极转变观念,寻找机电专业人才培养与思政课教学内容的契合点,有效整合教学内容,重视学生的就业能力和专业能力,实施可持续发展战略。在新形势背景下,高职机电专业需要注重思政课教学,结合自身的实用性和职业性特点,制定出适合自身发展的教学目标,从而激发学生的学习兴趣,强化课程教学的实效性与针对性,推动高职教育的长远发展。此文就针对基于就业导向的机电专业高职思政课教学进行分析和探讨。

At present, as the higher education gradually develops towards popular education, and the employment difficulty of graduates has already become a social problem, and the employment-oriented and competence-based education has been the theme of the development and reform of higher vocational education.As an important course for the mechanical and electrical majors of higher vocational colleges, the ideological and political course shall, in the actual teaching process, combine with the feature of higher vocational education, actively change the idea, seek the point integrating talent training of mechanical and electrical majors and ideological and political course teaching content,effectively integrate the teaching content,emphasizes students＇ employability and professional competence and implement the sustainable development strategy.Under the new situation,the mechanical and electrical majors of higher vocational colleges shall pay attention to the ideological and political course teaching and formulates the teaching objectives adaptable to their development in combination with their practicability and vocational characteristics, and thus arouse students＇ learning interest, enhance the effectiveness and pertinence of teaching and promote the long-term education of higher vocational education.This paper analyzes and discusses the ideological and political course teaching in higher vocational colleges for the mechanical and electrical majors based on employment orientation.
