我国人际交往中的不和谐现象分析与对策研究

Analysis and Study on the Disharmony in China's Interpersonal Communication and Countermeasures

当前我国人际交往中存在的功利化倾向、请托关系之风、人际信任危机以及虚拟交往的隐忧导致了人际关系扭曲,不利于社会和谐。究其原因,这既是社会转型国家面临的共性问题,又与我国由熟人社会向陌生人社会转型所面临的特殊历史背景有关。要推动我国人际关系健康发展,应确立情感与理性相互结合、虚拟与现实有机融合、传统与现代衔接转换、个人与集体内在统一的基本原则。

At present China＇s interpersonal communication has a utilitarian tendency with focus on using ＂relationship＂ to seek favor.There is also trust crisis and virtual communication.All these may cause distorted interpersonal relationship and will do harm to social harmony.This is a general problem for all the countries with social transformation,but is also because China is now transforming from an acquaintance society to a stranger society,which is a unique situation for China.To promote the healthy development of China＇s interpersonal relationship,we should establish a basic principle combining sense and sensibility,virtual and reality,tradition and modern as well as individual interest and collective interest.
