产后子宫复旧不良的中西医结合研究

目的:观察中西医结合治疗产后子宫复旧不良的临床疗效;方法:30例产后子宫复旧不良产妇,随机分为对照组与观察组,各15例。对照组产妇给予缩宫素治疗,观察组产妇在对照组治疗的基础上联合使用新生化颗粒,比较两组治疗效果;结果:观察组产妇治疗总有效率与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论:中西医结合治疗产后子宫复旧不良效果显著,促进了女性生殖健康,降低了并发症的发生。

Objective ： to observe the clinical curative effect of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of postpartum uterine in- stauration bad; Methods： 30 cases of postpartum uterine instauration adverse maternal, were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 15 cases each. Control maternal give oxytocin treatment, observation group of mothers in the control group therapy on the basis of the combination of new biological particles, compared two groups of treatment effect ; Results ： the total effective rate maternal treatment observation group compared with control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ） ; Conclusion： combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of postpartum uterine instauration adverse effect is remarkable, promoted the woment reproductive health, reduce the complications.
