In the new era, the world is rapidly changing. As an important national administrative organ, the public security organ shall make adjustments and changes in management in order to adapt to the new era, the new stage of the national political system reform, the reform of government institutions and the economy, science and technology, and the rapid change of society, and fulfill the sacred mission entrusted by the state and the people. Focusing on the analysis of the internal and external environment, this paper explores the influencing factors of the public security organs personnel structure management from the perspectives of political system reform, the reform of government institutions, social development, personnel management, functions, quality and police equipment and industry characteristics and provides theoretical guidance for the optimization of structure management.
