【摘要】全面深化公安体制改革前提下的民生工作正在进行全面的创新变革。随着“智慧警务”理念的产生．互联网思维的核心思想越来越多地被借鉴和应用到民生警务建设中来。公安机关应改变观念，深入了解群众，获取最有价值的意见和建议，搭建信息共享平台，增强警民互动，树立公安机关良好形象，坚持惠及广大人民群众，促进服务公平，以数据为支撑，精准服务民生。着力构建以“警务云”与关联分析为应用基础的新型民生警务模式。

Public security organs should change ideas and make full understanding of the masses to get the most valuable comments and suggestions, build a platform for information sharing, enhance the interaction between the police and the public, establish a good image of the public security organs, benefit the masses and promote the service fairness. By employing data support and accurate service to people＇s livelihood, the key focus is the construction of a new model of people＇s livelihood policing based on ＂policing cloud＂ and the correlation analysis.
