公安机关供给侧结构性改革初探

On the Supply Side Structural Reform of Public Security Organs

【摘要】供给侧结构性改革是应对当前经济下行，激发经济活力，解决供需关系矛盾的制度安排。就供需关系而言，基于经济发展的供给侧结构性改革和公安机关供给侧结构性改革有着内在的一致性。创新供给结构，优化警力配置，提高民警素质是公安机关提升社会管理职能的落脚点和发力点。

Supply side structural reform is a response to the current economic downturn, stimulates economic vitality, and solves the contradiction between supply and demand relationship. In terms of supply and demand, the economic development of structural reform based on the supply side has internal consistency with the public security organ supply side structural reforms. Innovating supply structure, optimizing allocation of police force, and improving the quality of police are the foothold and starting point to promote the social management function of the public security organ .
