摘要
以葡萄糖作植物靛蓝染料的还原剂,对棉织物进行染色。通过单因素实验和正交试验,测定染色织物的K/S值,优化葡萄糖还原染色工艺。采用干缸还原时,优化的还原工艺为:当植物靛蓝用量为10g/L时:葡萄糖30 g/L,烧碱10 g/L,还原温度45℃,还原时间20 min;染色后棉织物的色牢度达到服用性能,且染色工艺生态环保。
Cotton fabrics are dyed with plant indigo using glucose as a reducing agent. The K/S values of the dyed fabrics are determined, and the glucose reducing processes are optimized via single factor experiments and orthogonal tests. The results indicate that when the concentration of indigo dyes is 10g/L, the optimum process conditions are at 45 ℃ for 20 min with 30g/L glucose and 10g/L caustic soda. Under optimum process conditions, the dyed fabrics have good wearability, and the dyeing processes using glucose as reducing agent are also environmentally friendly.
