摘要
气孔类缺陷对焊缝的性能造成不良影响,对焊缝气孔的检测是焊缝质量评价的重要组成部分。本文对近年来国内外焊接气孔检测方法的主要特点、研究现状及发展趋势进行了综述,主要包括:X射线的检测技术、超声波的检测技术和金相显微镜照相检测技术三方面。
The defects of air hole type are harmful to the performance of the weld. The detection of weld porosity is an important part of the evaluation of weld quality. In recent years, the main characteristics, research status and development trend of welding porosity detection methods in China and other countries were reviewed. It mainly includes three aspects: X - ray detection technology, ultrasonic testing technology and metallographic microscope photography detection technology.
