水下装置用双相不锈钢导叶体的铸造工艺

摘要 某水下装置用双相不锈钢导叶体具有尺寸大、结构复杂、力学性能要求高等特点,在铸造过程中容易出现气孔、裂纹等缺陷,其铸造难度大。使用ProCAST铸造模拟软件进行工艺模拟,验证了工艺方案的正确性,获得了消除裂纹的落砂时间工艺参数。通过严格控制生产流程,导叶体铸件一次铸造成功,铸件内部质量及外形尺寸满足图样要求,无损检测结果均符合验收标准。 The duplex stainless steel diffuser for an underwater device has the characteristics of large size, complicated structure and high mechanical properties requirement, and the defects such as porosity, crack are easy to appear in the casting process, which is difficult to cast. Simulation was performed by using ProCAST software, the correctness of the process scheme was verified, and the process parameter of shakeout time was obtained. Through strict control of the production process, the qualified diffuser casting is obtained at first time. The internal quality and the dimensions of the casting meet the requirements of the drawing, and the results of non destructive tests are in accordance with the acceptance criteria.
