摘要 采用单丝埋弧焊在X80管线钢板表面进行堆焊,测量了焊缝的尺寸包括焊缝宽度、余高和熔池长度。固定焊接电压和焊接速度,研究了焊接电流对焊缝尺寸的影响。测量结果表明,焊接电流对焊缝宽度几乎没有影响;随着焊接电流的增大,余高增大,熔池长度先减小后增大。 The surfacing welding on surface of X80 pipeline steel plate was carried out by using single wire submerged arc welding. The dimensions of the weld were measured including weld width, reinforcement and weld pool length. When the welding voltage and welding speed were fixed, the influence of the welding current on weld dimesions was studied. The measured results show that the welding current almost has no influence on weld width. With the increase of welding current, the reinforcement increases, and the weld pool length decreases firstly and then increses.
