青海海西州肉牛种质资源现状及产业发展分析

Present Condition Analysis of Qaidam cattle and the future trend about the cow industry

本文从青海柴达木黄牛、青海高原牦牛、犏牛、柴达木福牛的基本情况、群体情况、生活环境、种质基本特征描述、体尺测量、饲养管理等方面对青海四个牛品种进行种质资源个性描述。在对青海四种牛种质资源进行评估的基础上提出其各自研究开发及主要利用方向,在保持其种质资源优势的基础上提高饲料报酬,加快生长速度,提高产奶量,增加产肉量等经济性能。

This paper described four cow breeds including cattle in Qaidam, Qinghai plateau yak, cattle -yak, and Qaidam Fu-cattle from basic information, condition of groups, Living Environment, describe of basic feature, body measurement, feeding and management etc. On the basis of the assessment about these breeds put forward the main utilization directions of every breeds and how to make them develop-ment. Meanwhile, improve the feed remuneration, and improve growth rate, increasing milk production and add the meat products base on maintain its germplasm resources.
