摘要
通过对高层次人才内涵的解读及特征分析,推演介绍了高层次人才的职业发展需求,并在此基础上结合激励理论,针对现存问题,从提升薪酬水平、优化薪酬结构、整合激励方式的角度提出全面薪酬导向的公立医院高层次人才薪酬激励思路和策略,以期为公立医院人才队伍建设及管理改革提供参考。
Through the connotation interpretation and characteristics analysis of high-level talents, the paper deduces and introduces the career development needs of high-level talents. On this basis and in combination with incentive theory, aiming at existing problems, the paper also puts forward total compensation-oriented compensation incentive thinking and strategy for high-level talents in public hospitals from the perspectives of compensation level raising, compensation structure optimization, and incentive method integration, with a view to provide reference for the talent team building and management reform of public hospitals.
