摘要
援非专家组内部的医疗护理是保障援非专家健康的基础和援外工作的重要组成部分。文章对为数众多的援非专家组内部医疗护理的特点、要求、措施做了系统的分析和阐述,并以坦桑尼亚某军用工程专家组为例进行了案例分析与说明,对援非专家组内部医疗护理的管理与实践进行了有益探索。
The internal medical care of Africa-aid expert groups is the foundation to guarantee the health of Africa-aid experts and an important component of foreign-aid work. The paper systematically analyzes and expounds the characteristics, requirements, and measures of the internal medical care of numerous Africa-aid expert groups, takes a military engineering expert group in Tanzania for example for case analysis and explanation, and makes beneficial explorations into the management and practice of the internal medical care of Africa-aid expert groups.
