摘要
随着我国老龄化进程加快,慢性病人群越来越多。大型综合性医院床位紧张,开展门诊慢性病管理工作,提高门诊质量,在门诊进行慢性病的防治,有利于解决患者"看病难、看病贵"的问题。文章分析了门诊慢性病管理中存在的问题,如患者依从性低、信息化建设落后、管理团队配置不足、缺少专病门诊和远程医疗等,并针对这些问题提出了加强患者自我管理、实现信息共享、建设优秀的团队、成立专病门诊和提供远程医疗服务的相应措施。
Along with the acceleration of aging process in China, there are more and more patients with chronic diseases. Due to the shortage of ward beds in large general hospitals, chronic disease management is carried out in outpatient clinic to improve the quality of outpatient service and prevent and control chronic diseases in outpatient clinic, thereby solving the "difficulties and high expense of medical care" of patients. In the paper, problems existing in the chronic disease management in outpatient clinic, including low compliance of patients, backward informatization, inadequate configuration of management team, and lacks of special disease clinic and telemedicine, are analyzed, and corresponding measures are put forward to counter these problems, such as enhancing selfmanagement of patients, realizing information sharing, building an excellent team, establishing special disease clinic, and providing telemedicine.
