康复护理在我国社区慢病管理中的应用分析

Analysis on the application of rehabilitation nursing in chronic disease management in communities of China

随着经济的快速发展和人口老龄化程度的增加,人类社会的慢性非传染性疾病的发生率、发病率和致残率逐年上升,导致大量慢性病人群的康复护理需求日益增加,也使得康复护理服务的供需矛盾日渐突出。社区康复护理成为社区卫生服务工作的重要任务,重点是对社区老年慢性病病人进行康复护理服务。为此,文章对于近年来康复护理在我国社区慢性病中的应用实例和效果进行了综述,并提出了相应的发展对策,以期为我国社区康复护理的发展提供借鉴。

In the wake of rapid economic development and increasing aging degree of population, the incidence, morbidity, and disability rate of chronic non-infectious diseases in human society are rising year by year, leading to rising demand of a large number of chronic disease patients for rehabilitation nursing and increasingly prominent supply-demand contradiction in rehabilitation nursing service. Community rehabilitation nursing becomes a major task in community health services, with focus put on the rehabilitation nursing service provided for senile chronic disease patients in communities. For this reason, the paper summarizes the application cases and effects of rehabilitation nursing in chronic disease management in communities of China over recent years and puts forward corresponding development countermeasures, in the hope of providing reference for the development of community rehabilitation nursing in China.
