多元化教学法在新入职护士护理操作技能培训中的应用效果 被引量:16

摘要 目的探讨多元化教学法在新入职护士护理操作技能培训中的应用效果。方法对2013级112名新入职护士进行规范化培训,其中护理操作技能培训采用多媒体教学、现场示范、自由提问及回复演示相结合的多元化教学方法,并在培训前后进行效果评价。结果培训后,新入职护士吸痰技术、口腔护理技术、静脉留置针的使用、男病人导尿术的合格率较培训前明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);培训后新入职护士技能操作水平自评及他评得分均高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对教学满意度也处于较高水平。结论在新入职护士规范化培训时采用多元化教学法进行护理操作技能培训,可有效促进新入职护士掌握规范的操作技能,从而尽快胜任临床护理工作。 Objective The paper aims to analyze the application effect of diversified teaching method in the nursing operating skill training of new nurses. Method 112 nurses newly recruited in 2013 were given standardized training, in which the training of nursing operating skill adopted diversified teaching method combining multimedia teaching, spot demonstration, free question raising, and replying demonstration, and the effect was evaluated before and after the training. Result After the training, the percents of pass of new nurses in terms of sputum suction technique, oral care technique, use of venous indwelling needle, and urethral catheterization of male patients were remarkably increased than before, and the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05); the scores of selfassessment and peer assessment on the operating skill level of new nurses were both higher than before, and the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05); the satisfaction to the teaching was also at a relatively high level. Conclusion Adopting diversified teaching method in the nursing operating skill training of new nurses who receive standardized training can effectively promote such nurses to master standard operating skills and thus become competent for clinical nursing as soon as possible.
