论企业管理中的廉洁文化建设

Culture of Integrity in Enterprise Management

党的十八大明确提出要加强党风廉政建设。对于在国民经济体系中占据核心地位的国有企业,结合中央精神、既有经验和自身实际,积极开展企业廉洁文化建设,对形成全社会的"以廉洁从业为荣、以贪污腐败为耻"的廉洁氛围,具有先导性、广泛性、示范性和震慑性的重要作用。这就要求我们要结合实际制定出一套完整的工作体系,从而使企业廉洁文化建设的工作态度更加务实、工作作风更加扎实、工作目标更加落实,取得廉洁文化所应发挥的功能和作用,推动党风廉政建设,从而推动企业持续发展。

At the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Communist Party of China announced to improve of the Party＇s style of work and build a clean government. For significant state-owned enterprises that drive the growth the national economy, they will take an active part in upholding integrity among the public, following the instruction from the Communist Party of China and considering their own practical experience. They will serve as an outstanding and symbolic role of demonstration in fostering a culture of integrity and anti-corruption in the whole society. Therefore, we shall build a complete work system based on our practical experience, in order to have a more pragmatic attitude, to build a more dependable work style, and to make the goals for work more achievable. We should make full use of the culture of integrity to push forward the improvement of the Party＇s style of work and the sustainable development of enterprises.
