榜样示范法有效性弱化的原因及对策研究

A Research on the Causes and Countermeasures of Effectiveness Weakening of the Model Demonstration Method

在价值多元化的今天,榜样示范法面临不受教育者重视、偶像崇拜超过榜样学习以及社会大众对榜样的认同度降低等问题。这些问题的出现与教育者在选择榜样时忽视受教育者的主体需求,在实施过程中过于形式化以及后续工作不到位等密切相关。为了改变榜样示范法现今的实施现状,增强其有效性,应从榜样的选择、榜样的宣传、榜样的学习、榜样后续工作四个方面来努力。

Nowadays, model demonstration method is faced with such problems as not being taken seriously by educators, excessive idol worship and publically low identification. These problems can be attributed to the ignoring of the educatee＇s subject demand in the process of choosing a model, the overemphasis on the formalization in the process of implementation, and the inadequate effort in the follow-up work. To change this situation and enhance its effectiveness, this paper argues that attention should be paid to the following aspects： model selection, model propaganda, model learning and its follow-up work.
