基质金属蛋白酶与肝纤维化关系的研究进展 被引量:14

摘要 各种原因所致的肝损伤均可导致肝纤维化的发生,是慢性肝病向肝硬化转变的病理过程。肝纤维化的形成是由于细胞外基质的合成增加和降解减少导致。而细胞外基质主要由基质金属蛋白酶降解,基质金属蛋白酶在肝纤维化的进展、诊治过程中起着至关重要的作用。综述了基质金属蛋白酶与肝纤维化的关系。 Liver injury caused by various reasons can lead to the occurrence of liver fibrosis,which is the pathological process from chronic liver disease to liver cirrhosis.Liver fibrosis is caused by the increased synthesis and reduced degradation of extracellular matrix(ECM).ECM is mainly degraded by matrix metalloproteinases(MMP),and therefore,MMP play an important role in the progression and diagnosis/treatment of liver fibrosis.This article reviews the research advances in the association between MMP and liver fibrosis.
