白介素13在慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉组织中的表达

Expression of Interleukin-13 in Chronic Sinusitis with Nasal Polyps

目的比较白介素13(IL—13)在慢性鼻窦炎不伴鼻息肉(CRSsNP)和慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉(CRSwNP)患者中的差异性表达。方法选取10例CRSsNP和20例CRSwNP患者作为研究对象。根据鼻窦CT反映的病变范围评估患者病情,采用模拟视觉量表(VAS)评估慢性鼻窦炎轻重程度;术后采用PCR法分析IL-13在CRSsNP和CRSwNP组患者鼻黏膜及息肉中的差异性表达。结果 CRSwNP组鼻息肉组织IL-13 m RNA表达明显高于临近黏膜及CRSsNP黏膜组织;CRSsNP组和CRSwNP组鼻窦黏膜组织IL-13 m RNA表达差异无统计学意义。结论 IL-13m RNA表达水平在CRSsNP和CRSwNP组患者鼻黏膜或息肉中存在差异;白介素13(IL—13)在慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉的病理过程中发挥有重要的作用。

Objective To compare the expression of interleukin-13 （IL-13） in chronic sinusitis without nasal polyps （CRSsNP） and chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps （CRSwNP）. Methods Ten patients with CRSsNP and 20 patients with CRSwNP were selected as the study subjects. The severity of chronic sinusitis was assessed by visual analogue scale （VAS）. The difference of expression of IL-13 in nasal mucosa and polyp of CRSsNP and CRSwNP was analyzed by PCR. Results The expression of IL-13 mRNA in CRSwNP group was significantly higher than that in adjacent mucosa and CRSsNP mucosa. There was no significant difference in the expression of IL- 13 mRNA between CRSsNP group and CRSwNP group. Conclusion The expression of IL-13mRNA in nasal mucosa or polyps of patients with CRSsNP and CRSwNP is different. Interleukin 13 （IL-13） plays an important role in the pathogenesis of chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps.
