Research of 07MnNiMoDR Steel Ethylene Spherical Tank Leakage Accident Consequence

运用DNV PHAST软件对某厂区全压力罐区的乙烯球罐,进行泄漏扩散以及爆燃事故的计算模拟分析。研究不同孔径和风速下,可燃气体的泄漏扩散规律,蒸汽云爆炸影响范围,以及灾难性破坏时沸腾液体扩展蒸汽爆炸(BLEVE)事故影响范围。定量分析事故危险性,为企业罐区的事故预防以及应急救援提供依据。

Using the DNV PHAST software on an ethylene spherical tank in the full pressure tank farm, the leakage diffusion and the defiagration accident simulation are calculated and analyzed. The combustible gas law of leakage diffusion, the scope of vapor cloud explosion and the accident influence scope of catastrophic damage when boiling liquid expanding vapor explosion （BLEVE）happened are researched in state of the different pore size and wind speed. Quantitative analysis of accident risk, it provides the basis for accident prevention and emergency rescue for the enterprise.
