我国快递行业中托运人权益保护现状研究

Study on the Protection of Rights and Interests for Shippers in Our Country's Courier Industry

近几年来,随着快递行业的飞速发展、快递总量的连年激增,快递公司与托运人之间的纠纷率也随之上升。我国关于托运人权益保护方面缺乏系统性的法律规范和机制规范。以快递托运人为主体,对托运人的权益保护状况进行研究,通过分析托运人权益保护现状,以及托运人权益保护的困境,提出维护托运人合法权益的建议。

In recent years, with the rapid development of the courier industry and the number of express delivery, the disputes between the courier company and the shipper are also rising. Our country is lack of systematic legal norms or mechanisms for the protection of the rights and interests for the shipper. Taking the express shipper as subject, investigates the protection presentation of shipper ＂s rights and interests and points out the plights of the protection, on this basis, puts forward to some suggestions for maintaining the legitimate rights and interests of the shipper.
