手部烧伤康复护理干预模式的效果

The Efficiency of Rehabilitation Nursing for Hand Burn

目的:探讨对手部烧伤患者实施康复护理干预模式的效果。方法:选择2015年3-9月于笔者所在医院烧伤部住院的56例手部烧伤患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,每组28例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施康复护理干预。于出院后1个月比较两组患者手指关节活动度和日常生活活动能力(ADL)评分、心理恢复状况。结果:观察组手指关节活动度、日常生活能力评分、心理恢复状况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:康复护理干预模式有助于手部烧伤患者的恢复,提高患者心理健康,使患者恢复日常生活能力。

Objective：To explore the curative efficiency of applying intervention mode in rehabilitation nursing for hand burned patients.Method：From March 2015 to September 2015,56 hand burned patients who doctored in our department of Burn were selected,they were adopted into two groups according random number table method,the observation group and the control group,each with 28 patients.The control group was taken conventional nursing,the observation group strengthened the rehabilitation nursing in the conventional nursing foundation.The patients＇ finger motion,ADL scores as well as psychological recovery relatively were evaluated.Result：The finger motion,ADL scores,psychological recovery in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Rehabilitation nursing intervention is helpful in hand burned patients＇ recovery,both physically and psychologically.It will let the patients restore their ability of living a normal life.
