摘要
遥感影像提取海图陆域地形具有快速、准确、经济等优点,是大面积海图陆域测绘的发展方向之一。本文研究了遥感影像在海图陆域测绘中的应用,分析遥感影像处理、地形提取方法的关键技术及流程,并通过外业实测点位数据对提取海图地形数据精度进行检查。结果表明,利用0.5m分辨率遥感影像提取的平面地形要素精度可满足1∶5000比例尺海图精度要求,资源三号立体像对获取等高线数据精度可满足1∶25000比例尺海图精度要求。
The extraction of chart land topography with remote sensing images is fast, accurate, economical, and one of the development direction of large area chart land surveying and mapping. This paper studies the application of remote sensing images in the chart land surveying and mapping, analyzes the key technology and process of terrain extraction methods by remote sensor images. The results show that the accuracy of planar terrain that extracted by the 0.5m resolution stereo image pair can meet the requirements of 1 : 5000 chart, while the contour data accuracy can meet the requirements of 1 : 25000 chart.
