摘要
我国电力行业经历30年的改革,取得了巨大的成就,但同时也面临着严峻的问题。如何进一步深化中国电力体制改革,促进中国电力行业进一步向前发展,是当前中国电力体制改革面对的重要问题。本文探讨了我国电力体制改革的历史进程、成就、面临的问题,并提出进一步深化改革的建议。
The reform of the electric power industry in China has gone on about 30 years,and it has reached tremendous achievements. However,serious problems still have to be confronted. How to deepen the reform of the electric power system and to promote the development of the electric power industry in China are much important issues at present. This paper discusses the historical process,achievements,problems confronted and suggestions on deepening the reform.
