Inspiration of "5.12" Wenchuan Earthquake to Government Decision-making Mechanisms on Optimizing Emergency

"5.12"汶川大地震造成了巨大的人员伤亡和财产损失,同时,也给优化我国政府应急决策机制带来了启示。本文基于政府应急决策系统效能不高的原因,提出应以这次抗震救灾为契机,努力优化应急决策机制,以期提高政府应急管理能力。

'5.12' Wenchuan Earthquake caused huge casualties and property losses,and also brought enlightenment to optimize our government emergency decision -making mechanism. Based on the reasons that Government's emergency decision -making system was not high performanced ,this paper proposes we should take the earthquake relief as an opportunity and strive to optimize the emergency decision-making mechanism,with a view to enhancing the Government's emergency management capabilities.
