人性化管理有助于吸引和稳定人才,提高经营效率和效果。但是人性化管理需要制度作为保证,只有健全企业的制度并保证其执行力,真正的人性化管理才会形成。
People-oriented management style can help attract and retain human resources,improve operation efficiency and effect. But It needs the institutional guarantee. The real people-oriented management style can come into being only when the institution is perfect and the executive power is strong enough.
