国际补贴制度与各国的反补贴税制度延续多年,并且会有更多的国家或政府加入适用反补贴税的行列。中国企业在经历了长时期和规模空前的反倾销和保障措施阻击之后,其在国际贸易中的低价竞争行为仍然有增无减。在此条件下,完全可以预见国际对华反补贴的风雨欲来之势,寻求应对之策已迫在眉睫。
