摘要 1冠状动脉内旋磨术的演变和发展情况 冠状动脉内旋磨术（rotational atherectomy,RA）是在20世纪80年代初进行研制及开发的[1],1988年Fourrier等[2]完成了首例RA。1993年,RA获得美国食品和药品监督管理局（FDA）批准。此后,RA在临床上得到广泛应用。RA作为经皮冠状动脉介入治疗（percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI）中的一项重要技术,
