A ROLE PLAYED BY THE FAR EAST PORT IN BUILDING OF AN INTERNATIONAL TRANSPORT PASSAGE BETWEEN THE EAST AND THE WEST

随着亚太经济一体化进程的发展 ,在中国东北和美国西海岸之间建立一条经过俄罗斯滨海边疆区港口的货物直达运输线路已提到日程。这条被称为东西方国际运输走廊的货运线路不仅能节省运费和运输时间 ,还能牵动亚太地区贸易规模的扩大 ,带来投资机遇。同时会促进俄罗斯经济稳定 。

Along with the development of the Asia-Pacific economic integration, a through route for goods transport from China to the west coast of the U.S.A. via Primorskiy Kray port has been scheduled. This transport route that is called the east-west international transport corridor can not only save freight and transportation time but affect enlargement of trade dimension of the Asia-Pacific region and provide investment opportunities. At the meantime this line can promote a steady economy of Russia and speed up the course of Russian and Asia-Pacific economic integration.
