摘要
目的:观察EDIL3(EGF-like repeats and discoidin I-like domains 3)在不同分期、分级的膀胱尿路上皮癌及癌旁组织中的表达情况,探讨EDIL3在膀胱尿路上皮癌发生、发展中的作用及与血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学PV9001二步法检测24例膀胱癌旁组织、57例膀胱尿路上皮癌组织中EDIL3基因及VEGF基因的表达情况,结合病理分级及分期进行统计并分析两个基因表达的相关性。结果:膀胱癌组织中EDIL3基因高表达率高于癌旁组织,分别为43.9%(25/57)和16.7%(4/24)。EDIL3基因在膀胱尿路上皮癌不同分期的高表达率为非肌层浸润性尿路上皮癌(NMIBC)27.6%(8/29),肌层浸润性尿路上皮癌(MIBC)60.7%(17/28),EDIL3基因高表达率与膀胱癌分期成正相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。EDIL3基因在膀胱尿路上皮癌不同分级的高表达率为1级15.8%(3/19),2级62.5%(10/16),3级66.7%(12/18),随膀胱癌恶性程度的增加其表达率增加且该基因的表达与基因VEGF的表达呈正相关性(rs=0.239,P<0.05)。结论:EDIL3基因在膀胱尿路上皮癌中的表达与病理分级、分期和基因VEGF的表达相关,可能与膀胱癌的发生、发展及肿瘤血管形成有重要关系。
Objective:To observe the expression of EDIL3 in the tissues from adjacent cancer and bladder urothelial carcinoma with different staging and grades,and to investigate its roles in the occurrence and progress in bladder urothelial carcinoma and relationship with VEGF.Method:EDIL3and VEGF expression were evaluated in samples surrounding bladder urothelial carcinoma(n=24),specimens of bladder urothelial carcinoma(n=57)by performing immunohistochemistry with PV9001 kits and were analyzed by statistical software.Result:The expression of EDIL3 in bladder urothelial carcinoma tissues was higher than that in adjacent bladder cancer tissues(43.9% vs.16.7%,25/57 vs.4/24).EDIL3 expression was positively correlated with different staging,NMIBC 27.6%(8/29),MIBC 60.7%(17/28)respectively(P〈0.05).EDIL3 expression was positively correlated with different grades,gradeⅠ 15.8%(3/19),grade Ⅱ 62.5%(10/16),grade Ⅲ 66.7%(12/18),and was positively correlated with VEGF expression(rs=0.239,P〈0.05).Conclusion:The expression of EDIL3 in bladder urothelial carcinoma was associated with the grade of tumor,staging and VEGF expression.EDIL3 may play an important role in the occurrence and development of bladder cancer and tumor angiogenesis.
