摘要
本文用超快速时间分辨光致发光方法研究了a-Si:H/a-SiN_x:H超晶格光生载流子热释和复合的动力学。
The dynamics on the thermalization and the recombination of carriers in a-si:H/ a-SiN_x:H superlattices have been investigated with the time-resolved photoluminescence spectroscopy. The results reveal that the PL decay time and the band-tail width vary nonmonotonously with nitrogen content. And the structure-dependence of the transient photoluminsccnce, the energy band and the build-in field in those materials arc analyzed.
