摘要
本文报道了用微微秒光谱技术研究了室温下不同激发能量的氢化非晶碳(a-C:H)薄膜的光致发光衰减动力学过程。实验发现。a-C:H的发光以非指数规律衰减。
The dynamics on the photoluminescence(PL) decay in hydrogenated amorphous carbon(a-C:H) with the picosecond spectroscopy under various excitation energies and at room temperature is investigate. The experimental results show that the temporal evolution of the PL decay is nonexponential, the PL lifetimes distribute in the range of picosecond to ninosecond, and the PL decay becomes fast with increasing the excitation energy. The mechanism of the carrier recombination is analyzed.
