摘要
本文报导提高封离型氮分子激光器输出的一种方法。针对在低气压下工作的封离型氮分子激光器的工作特性,改变充入气体成份,有效地提高了激光输出平均功率和单脉冲能量,并使激光脉冲宽度由充纯氮时的4ns压缩至1~2ns。这样。
A new method for improvement of output characteristics of low pressure sealed off N<sub>2</sub>-laser is reported. In view of the working performance of low pressure scaled off N<sub>2</sub>-laser, the average output power and the single pulse output energy were remarkably increased and the single pulse width was reduced 4nsfor pure nitrogen case to 1-2ns by changing the contents of gases filled-in. Therefore a new method for improvement of output characteristics of low pressure sealed off N<sub>2</sub>-laser is achieved by changing the sabsidiary gases mixed. in.
