CO_2激光标记机

CO_2 Laser Mark System

采用脉冲TEA CO2激光通过光学系统和掩模,然后聚焦并投影在工件上,实现永久性标记。本机可以用来对非金属如玻璃、陶瓷、塑料和有机合成物等制品进行标记。本机采用Rogowski电极和紫外预电离。单脉冲能量5焦耳,标记面积100mm2。

Fermanent marks can bc achieved by means of that the pulse TEA CO2 laser is passed on the optic system and the mask module and then focussed and projected on the workpiece. This system is used to make markings on non-metal products such as glass, ceramics, plastics and organic synthetics,etc. It utilized Rogowski electrodes and ultraviolet pre-ionization. The single pulse energy is 5 joules, the marking area 100mm2, and the repetition rate 1-5 pulses/sec.
