摘要
采用脉冲TEA CO<sub>2</sub>激光通过光学系统和掩模,然后聚焦并投影在工件上,实现永久性标记。本机可以用来对非金属如玻璃、陶瓷、塑料和有机合成物等制品进行标记。本机采用Rogowski电极和紫外预电离。单脉冲能量5焦耳,标记面积100mm<sup>2</sup>。
Fermanent marks can bc achieved by means of that the pulse TEA CO<sub>2</sub> laser is passed on the optic system and the mask module and then focussed and projected on the workpiece. This system is used to make markings on non-metal products such as glass, ceramics, plastics and organic synthetics,etc. It utilized Rogowski electrodes and ultraviolet pre-ionization. The single pulse energy is 5 joules, the marking area 100mm<sup>2</sup>, and the repetition rate 1-5 pulses/sec.
