糖尿病患者下肢动脉血管病变的超声诊断 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨糖尿病患者下肢动脉血管病变的超声诊断。方法选择2015年3月至2016年2月接诊的糖尿病下肢动脉血管病变者60例为试验组,另选同期来院正常体检的健康志愿者60名为对照组,均予以超声诊断后对比诊断结果。结果对照组人群的血管走向平直、血流充盈、血流颜色正常。试验组60例中有56例血管病变,血管走行明显弯曲、斑块硬化明显;严重患者可发现钙化斑块后方存在声影,管腔狭窄部位血流充盈缺损且呈现稀疏血流;试验组的动脉狭窄率为42例(70.0%),股动脉内膜-中层厚度为(1.32±0.27)mm,搏动指数(4.78±1.09),收缩期峰值流速(114.75±0.43)cm/s,均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于糖尿病下肢动脉血管病变,超声检查能清晰反映动脉血流动力学参数和病变情况,对于下肢动脉血管的动态病变有显著作用。 Objective To investigate the ultrasonic diagnosis for the clinical effect of diabetic lower extremity arterial lesions. Method In March2015—February 2016 in our hospital departments of diabetic lower extremity arterial lesions in 60 patients were chosed as observation group,swap over the same period in healthy volunteers with normal physical examination 60 cases as control group,both to ultrasound diagnosis after diagnosis.Results The blood vessels to control the crowd straight,filled with blood flow,blood flow normal color. There are 56 cases in observation group of 60 cases of patients with vascular lesions,vascular walk line bending,plaque hardening obviously; Serious patients can be found behind the calcified plaque acoustic shadow,blood flow filling defect and luminal stenosis present sparse blood flow; Observation group of artery stenosis rate of 42 cases( 70. 0%),femoral artery intima—middle thickness for( 1. 32 ± 0. 27) mm,pulsation index( 4. 78 ± 1. 09),systolic peak velocity( 114. 75 ±0. 43) cm/s,were higher than control group( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusions Ultrasound in diabetic lower extremity arterial lesions of diagnosis accuracy is high,can reflect the arterial blood flow mechanics parameters and pathological changes,the dynamic pathological changes have a significant effect for lower limb arteries.
