常规超声联合超声弹性成像诊断乳腺肿块良恶性的价值 被引量:6

Clinical Value of Conventional Ultrasound and Ultrasonic Elastography in Diagnosis of Benign and Malignant Breast Tumors

摘要 目的比较乳腺肿块良恶性应用常规超声、超声弹性成像及其联合诊断的临床效果。方法选取76例医院2014年1月至2016年11月收治的乳腺肿瘤患者,分别对其进行常规超声和超声弹性成像检查,以手术病理结果作为金标准,比较各检查方式的诊断效果。结果常规超声诊断准确率为80.87%,超声弹性成像的诊断准确率为86.96%,两者联合诊断的准确率为93.04%,显著高于两者单独诊断的准确率(P<0.05)。联合诊断的灵敏度与特异性分别为92.57%和89.25%,其ROC曲线下面积显著大于超声弹性成像和常规超声(P<0.05)。结论常规超声联合超声弹性成像应用于乳腺肿块良恶性的鉴别诊断,能够有效提高临床诊断的准确率。 Objective To analysis compared with conventional ultrasonic malignancy application of breast lumps,joint diagnostic ultrasound elasticity imaging and its clinical effect. Methods 76 cases of our hospital were chosed in January 2014 — November 2016 treated breast cancer patients,respectively on the conventional ultrasound and ultrasound elasticity imaging,comparing the examination way of diagnosis effect. Results The conventional ultrasound diagnostic accuracy rate was 80. 87 %,the diagnostic accuracy of ultrasound elasticity imaging is 86. 96%,both diagnostic accuracy was 93. 04%,significantly higher than that of both single diagnostic accuracy( P 〈 0. 05). Combined diagnostic sensitivity and specificity were 92. 57% and 89. 25% respectively,under the ROC curve area significantly greater than ultrasound elasticity imaging and conventional ultrasound( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusions Conventional ultrasound combined ultrasound elasticity imaging used in breast lumps,the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant can effectively improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis.
