摘要 《血站技术操作规程（2012版）》献血者血液人类免疫缺陷病毒（HIV）检测采用2个不同生产厂家的酶联免疫法（ELISA）试剂检测HIV-1和HIV-2抗体或联合检测HIV-1和HIV-2抗原和抗体,而新版（2015版）血液检测策略采用2遍血清学方法和1遍核酸检测或1遍血清学方法和1遍核酸检测。
