摘要
竞技体育在成就"中国崛起"的同时陷入了发展困境,竞技体育的转型发展呼唤竞技体育以人为本、重视民生。在服务型政府建设的背景下,公共服务是竞技体育的应有之义。竞技体育精彩赛事、竞技体育场馆设施、竞技体育精神理念和竞技体育明星效应是竞技体育公共服务的内涵体现,竞技体育从资源垄断、体育管理、计划体育、精英体育向资源共享、体育治理、市场体育、群众体育进行转型发展是竞技体育公共服务价值的本质要求。
The Competitive sports is caught in the developmental predicament when it contributes to ‘China＇s rise＇,so the transformation and development of competitive sports should place people and people＇s livelihood above everything. Under the background of the construction of the service-type government, public service becomes indispensable to competitive sports. The connotation of the competitive sports public service reflects in splendid sports of event competitive sports,facilities and venue of competitive sports,spiritual ideas of competitive sports and stars of competitive sports. The essential of competitive sports public service value requires competitive sports changes from resource monopoly,sports management,planned sports,elite sports to resources sharing,mass sports,sports govern,market sports.
