检出抗-D、抗-C1例

One case of anti-D and anti-C irregular antibodies

临床输血的发展,科学合理使用血液制品义不容辞,血液中不规则抗体引起的输血反应已在临床上颇受关注,其中又以Rh血型系统的相关抗体（抗-D、抗-E、抗-Ec、抗-Ce等）所引起的输血较为常见。近期在进行临床输血前检测的患者血液中发现1例不规则抗体,其特异性明显和Rh系统相关,且出现了抗-C的漏检,现报告如下。

Summary To explore the clinical significance of irregular antibodies and understand the features of associated antibodies. Red blood cell blood typing, antibodies identification, direct antiglobulin test and cross matching were done to avoid irregular antibody to be transfused and the hemoglubin rised. The efficay and safety were ensured by checking before transfusion.
