论武术之5种步型

Research on the Five Step Types of Wushu

武术的文化研究伴随当代中国传统文化的复兴,再次成为了武术理论界的一个研究热点。对于武术文化的探讨,应该与其技术结合,方具实践力量,这至少是坐实武术文化的一个重要方面。基于此,综合运用文献资料、专家访谈等研究方法,对武术中最为常见之弓步、马步、仆步、虚步、歇步5种步型进行研究。研究表明:武术之攻防属性,在其5种步型中有着多方面表现;武术步型的现实效能,乃通过增强功力间接服务于技击的需要,且具有多元功能诉求,而不像其他武技项目那般步型创造服务于技击目的的纯粹性;武术步型中蕴含着丰富的文化学意义,它对于整个武术文化体系的构建,有着鲜为人知的基因密码,正是得益于这一基因密码的无量限"转译"和"表达",方令武术于日积月累之中,建筑起了属于自己的、独特的文化"大厦"。

Along with the renaissance of Chinese traditional culture,the cultural research of Wushu has become a hot topic within Wushu circles. Just like the saying we heard＂the path to the metaphysical dwells in a worldly device＂,the research on Wushu culture should be combined with its skills,then it can be put into practice,At least,it is a very important face for Wushu culture to be put into practice. Based on this,synthetically using research methods of literature and expert interview,this paper researched on the five most common step types of Wushu. It suggests that： the offensive and defensive combat attributes of Wushu have various performance in the five step types; the main value purpose of Wushu＇s five step types is indirectly in the service of combat through enhancing capability,They have pluralistic pursuits of functions and value as well,and not like other martial arts＇ step types that their purpose of creation are in the service of combat only; the step types of Wushu contain rich cultural significance,they have genetic codes which people shallowly know to the construction of whole Wushu culture,and it just benefits by the boundless ＂translation＂and ＂express＂of these genetic codes,make Wushu construct its own and unique culture ＂building＂in accumulate over a long period.
